Can't find your institution?

If your institution does not appear in the app, it may not yet be registered on the eduroam Kenya network. Contact your institution's IT helpdesk and ask them to register with KENET.

If you are an IT administrator, see Joining eduroam Kenya or contact KENET:

Got an error?

Do not attempt to configure eduroam manually. Take a screenshot of the error and send it to your institution's IT helpdesk. They have access to the authentication logs needed to diagnose the problem.

Never enter your credentials into a web page or captive portal

eduroam uses encrypted 802.1X authentication — you should never be asked to log in through a browser. If you see a web login page labelled "eduroam", do not enter your password and report it to your IT helpdesk immediately.
