eduroam is available at participating education and research institutions in Kenya and in many countries worldwide.

Kenya Coverage

KENET maintains the national participant and service-location listing for Kenya:

https://eduroam.ac.ke/participants

Institutions should ensure their eduroam service details are current, especially:

  • institution name
  • published realms
  • service availability
  • support contacts

Global Coverage

International coverage information is available through the global eduroam service. A user from any participating institution should be able to connect anywhere eduroam is offered, provided:

  • their home institution is correctly registered in the federation
  • their account is enabled for eduroam
  • their device is configured correctly

Reporting Missing or Incorrect Listings

If an institution is operating eduroam but is not listed, or if the published information is incorrect, contact KENET support:

Operational changes should be reflected promptly so roaming users can discover valid service locations and support information.
